  • Dialogue circles provide a safe, supportive space where staff can talk about sensitive topics, work through differences, and build consensus. This model can be used for a wide variety of topics such as: LGBTQIA+, workplace culture, process current events (pandemic, political climate, natural disasters), mental health, loss of a colleague and many more.
