As your couples’ therapist, I will work to create a safe space that is non-judgmental where both of you are able to express your emotions. I will help you find practical solutions and healthier ways to communicate so you can get back to a loving relationship. If you do not have your partner’s support in seeking therapy, you can still make subtle changes and gain insight on your own to move towards a healthy relationship.

Experiencing infidelity can be extremely traumatic as you grapple with hurtful emotions of betrayal, sadness, hopelessness, anxiety, shame and guilt. Whether you experienced infidelity or were unfaithful, there is hope. As your couples’ therapist, I will work with you and your partner to manage initial emotions, explore next steps and help with ways to rebuild trust in the relationship. I will help both of you process past hurts and find ways to rebuild a healthy future together. No matter what you both decide, I will support you through this difficult process in a non-judgmental manner.
